Reading obtained before any adjustments are made
Whether the initial reading is within specification
Final reading after any adjustments are made
In addition the instrument is serviced:
Free firmware upgrades as appropriate
Battery performance checked
Pump, checked and cleaned
Any accessories returned with the instrument are checked at no additional cost

What do I need to send?
If you're happy that the accessories are all working fine (probe, printer, charger etc.) just send the Sprint analyser handheld instrument
How do I send it?
Package the instrument in a suitable box with some wrapping for protection (shoe box, newspaper etc.), leave the rubber sleeve (if appropriate) on as this will give extra protection.
Include your contact details in the package;

JMW recommend that you send it first class recorded mail
DO NOT include payment at this time
On receipt the instrument will be examined and a detailed, free of charge, no obligation quotation emailed for your approval prior to any costs being incurred
A text message will be sent advising you of the emailed quotation
Pick up the phone to discuss the quotation and, if you are happy to pay by card
(Cheques and payment by BACS are also accepted)
On completion your instrument will be returned via DPD Local who will contact you by email and text to advise you of the delivery date and time (within one hour), they will also offer you various delivery options
