The JMW calibration and service team are long serving, experienced and fully factory trained by the manufacturer. With a calibration laboratory supported by a quality management system accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2000, all certificates of calibration are traceable to international standards.
JMW's objective is to provide you, the customer with a rapid, premier calibration service, combined with first class product assistance and technical support.
As an approved service centre JMW are authorised to perform warranty repairs free of charge in line with the manufacturer's warranty.

- What do I need to send?
If you're happy that the accessories are all working fine (probe, printer, charger etc.) just send the Anton Sprint flue gas analyser handheld instrument
How do I send it?
Package the instrument in a suitable box with some wrapping for protection (shoe box, newspaper etc.), leave the rubber sleeve (if appropriate) on as this will give extra protection.

JMW recommend that you send your flue gas analyser using a suitably insured, recorded delivery service.
(Note: Alkaline metal or nickel metal hydride (NiMH) batteries used in the Anton Sprinter printer should not be sent by Royal Mail, see .... Remove any batteries from the printer before posting and retain for later use.)

On receipt the instrument will be examined and a detailed, free of charge, no obligation quotation emailed for your approval prior to any costs being incurred
A text message will be sent advising you of the emailed quotation
Pick up the phone to discuss the quotation and, if you are happy to pay by card
(Cheques and payment by BACS are also accepted)
On completion your instrument will be returned via DPD Local who will contact you by email and text to advise you of the delivery date and time (within one hour), they will also offer you various delivery options
